About

I began to study Islam and somehow I lost myself in Allah. It didn’t feel like I’d lost myself though. It felt like I’d finally been found. It felt like the kind of lost where a person never wants to be found. I wasn’t drowning. I was flying. My wings were spreading and I, for the first time in my life, was soaring into the air, like a caged bird that had finally been set free.  Alhumdulillah!
